Here's the Low Down...
A SensiBox Subscription that is placed on or after the 10th of each month will be shipped the following month between the 10-12th (Unless the 12th lands on a Sunday or Holiday - then it'll be shipped between the 10-13th) and renewed on the 20th of that following month.
We ship all SensiBox subscripitons via USPS. In most cases the boxes arrive within 7 days. In some cases, especially during holiday months and because of the impact of COVID some packages do take longer. We ask you to please be patient. The percentage of lost packages is very low. In the case your package is deemed lost, we will send out a replacement.
Example 1:
You place your initial SensiBox Order on November 10th. Your order will ship between December 10-12th and your subscription will renew on December 20th for the following month.
Example 2:
You place your initial SensiBox Order on November 8th. Your order will go ship between November 10-12th. Your renewal date will be on November 20th and for the following month.
Sending a Gift?
If you are sending a gift that won't ship on time, let us know and we can send out a card stating that they will be receiving a SensiBox and the date to expect it.
